We will need access to your rental in order to fix the problem. Please choose from one of the following two access options:

EASY ACCESS: Pinetree Properties or it's representative may enter my residence between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00 Monday - Friday to make this repair. If possible, you will receive a phone call before entry. This is the fastest way to get your repair completed.
SET APPOINTMENT: Please have Pinetree Properties call me to set an appointment. Appointments usually require 2-3 business days to schedule. Should you elect to set an appointment, and miss it, you will be charged a $20 trip charge, due our maintenance contractor, in advance, upon his return visit.
